Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Prep 15 mins Serves 4-6

3 Medium Tomatoes
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh torn basil leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
kosher or sea salt to taste

1) Cut up tomatoes and mozzarella into large cubes
2) Add basil leaves and drizzle w/vinegar and olive oil
3) Stir lightly
4) Sprinkle with a little sea salt
5) Chill at least one hour
6) Store in refrigerator
